CONTESSA - FULL RENO

When we came across this house in the north shore suburb of Glenfield one word came to mind. Tired! After being in the same family for over 40 years the house wasn’t falling apart but rather needed a big wake-up. Our main goal was to open up the spaces as much as possible by knocking down walls in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. We demolished the old kitchen and put in a modern entertainers kitchen with matte black accents. The house had some much-needed new flooring installed, a full house paint inside and out, and a total refresh of the two outdoor entertaining areas. This house is now very far from tired and with a new lease on life ready for many new memories to be made.
