This was an ex-state house built in the 50s. We purchased this to flip and make a profit, so making sure we created and stuck to the budget was important because it’s so easy to go over. We started by completely gutting and revamping the kitchen, bathroom and laundry giving this area a completely new look, that gave functionality and practicality. We upgraded the electrical, adding downlights throughout bringing this place into the 20th century. Having no outdoor entertainment area we knew this was a priority, so we started by updating the sunroom which then led out towards the newly created large and private deck area that leads down towards a super cool fire pit area for those evenings with friends and family.
