An amazing couple Dan and Yentil who actually missed out on purchasing one of our flips contacted me after winning an auction and buying their first house. This was a complete do up with great potential and the goal was to create their family home. Working together we were able to come up with a great plan and budget to breathe new life into this house. Starting with completely gutting the kitchen, bringing in more cabinets as well as beautiful stone benchtops. We uplifted all the vinyl and carpet uncovering Australian oak timber floors which we completely sanded back and clear coated. We updated and opened up the laundry area to flow from the kitchen with matching cabinetry and benchtops. We updated the bathroom and separate toilet with new amenities.The house was painted inside and out including the roof. We then created the most incredible private and very large outdoor entertainment area with new timber doors flowing off the dining space. To top it off we installed outdoor hanging lights to really create the right atmosphere for that evening with friends.
