Hamptons on the coast - FULL RENO
“When we bought this house the only thing going for it was the views. It had beautiful views of Manly beach and ocean views from almost every window but besides the glistening water, nothing else felt coastal about this house. It felt old, tired, and like a worn-out family batch. A lot of work went into transforming this house into a beautiful Hamptons feel coastal home. We completely renovated this home from the kitchen, bathrooms to the outdoor spaces. We painted it fresh white, added brass accents, and to be honest the transformation even surprised us”
Coastal Retreat - FULL RENO
This was such a fun project right from the start. The previous owners lived in this house for over 30 years so to say the house was tired is an understatement. However with the large deck with views of Stanmore Bay, the unique three-level design, and wooden ceilings we knew this old house could be transformed into a bright coastal retreat. We fully renovated both bathrooms and painted the entire house outside and in. By painting the orange wooden ceilings white the entire house felt so much bigger and full of light. We removed a small wall by the front door and moved the laundry creating a now open and inviting front entrance. This project turned out just as we thought, it went from a dark tired house to a light, bright, and very coastal home ready for its new owners
